Feeling your feelings, centering your body, harnessing the skills of mindfulness, you can move out of an anxious, heightened state, and stabilize. You CAN experience relief from your mental health symptoms! Anxiety therapy is successful when it leverages the mind-body connection for improved emotional regulation. As your therapist, I will help you explore and identify your thought and circumstance triggers so that we can re-work and detach from the anxiety and panic symptoms that haunt you. It is very possible to find relief and resolution from the anxiety and pain it is causing you.

I am a therapist and a professor/researcher. Research shows that Mindfulness-based therapies are helpful in repairing your flight-fight-freeze response to anxiety and panic-related triggers.

Understanding how anxiety interacts with your body provides insight into the direction of healing so that you can begin to emerge with relief.

You may have already tried many trends to help you decrease your anxiety.
